We have been more than impressed with Odom Air. In the heat of the summer our Air Conditioner completely stopped working and with a two year old...we were miserable. Odom Air not only responded immediately, we felt like they made us a priority. They repaired our unit very quickly and actually seemed more than happy to do so. It was great that we were even able to speak with the owner who was extremely professional and gave us great peace of mind. After being quoted from several other companies, Odom Air also proved to be much cheaper and were willing to fit us in much quicker. Only one small miscommunication that the staff assured me that in our future business would be different.
